EX-Series® MODULAR FRP HANDRAIL SOLUTIONS

ZERO-WELD INSTALLATION FOR SAFER PROJECT DELIVERY

RailEX® features a fully mechanical assembly system that removes the need for onsite welding, reducing corrosion risks while improving installation efficiency and workplace safety. The handrail system can be assembled using standard tools and conventional installation methods, eliminating the need for specialist welding personnel, hot work permits, fire watch procedures, or welding inspections.

The inherent properties of FRP further improve installation safety by eliminating exposure to welding fumes, providing non-conductive protection in electrical environments, and reducing fire hazards during construction. Material Composition

RailEX® FRP handrails are manufactured using premium continuous fibreglass reinforcements combined with high-performance thermosetting resin systems to achieve exceptional structural strength and long-term durability.
