Moultrex® Surface Options
Anti-Slip Standard Surface
The standard anti-slip finish is widely selected for industrial environments requiring dependable underfoot safety. Independently tested for slip resistance, this robust surface provides a high coefficient of friction while maintaining excellent wear resistance under continuous use. Unlike serrated steel grating, the anti-slip profile does not compromise the grating’s structural load capacity, making it ideal for refineries, water treatment facilities, oil & gas plants, marine infrastructure, and manufacturing operations throughout Bahrain, Qatar, and the UAE.
Concave Surface
The concave surface option is engineered for environments where hygiene and easy cleaning are priorities. Its smooth, curved profile helps minimise the accumulation of residue and debris, making it particularly suitable for food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical facilities, and other clean operating environments. This surface can also be incorporated into protective guarding applications, providing safer handling while maintaining excellent durability and performance.
