FRP MOULDED GRATING
FRP SQUARE & INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY MESH
Treadwell’s FRP Square and Heavy-Duty Square Mesh Grating is engineered to deliver exceptional structural strength through a one-piece moulded construction. Designed for demanding industrial and commercial environments across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and the wider Middle East, our grating solutions are available in standard sizes or can be manufactured to suit project-specific requirements. Panels can be produced directly from customer drawings, or our experienced design team can develop customised solutions based on your technical specifications.
Surface Finishes for Square & HD Square Mesh
Anti-Slip Surface
Designed for industrial environments where reliable footing is essential, this FRP anti-slip surface provides outstanding wear resistance and dependable slip performance. Independently tested for slip resistance (test reports available upon request), it delivers enhanced workplace safety without reducing the grating’s structural load capacity, unlike traditional serrated steel alternatives.
Concave Surface
The concave surface profile is widely specified for industrial facilities where liquids, dust, and process residues are common. Its textured finish helps improve traction while supporting safer movement throughout operational areas. It is also well suited for protective barriers and guarding applications where controlled contact and operator safety are important.
Plain Surface
The plain surface option is typically selected for architectural and commercial projects where visual appeal is a priority. Although it offers a clean, modern finish for design-focused applications, it is intended for environments where maximum slip resistance is not the primary requirement. This option is generally supplied on request rather than as a standard stock item.
Treadwell’s GratEX® Heavy-Duty Square Mesh Grating features reinforced load bars designed to support heavier loads and greater span distances. It is an ideal solution for high-load applications across industrial plants, infrastructure projects, utilities, marine facilities, and oil & gas environments throughout the Middle East.
