SureLine® ODOUR MANAGEMENT COVERS

SureLine® odour control covers are designed to support wastewater treatment plants, sewage networks, desalination facilities, and industrial water infrastructure across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and the wider Middle East.

Engineered as a lightweight, custom-manufactured panel system, SureLine® features precision interlocking sections that provide a secure fit and dependable long-term performance. Every cover system is designed and fabricated to suit individual project specifications, ensuring compatibility with different treatment facilities and operational requirements. SureLine® panels can also be engineered as load-bearing access platforms, allowing maintenance teams to safely access covered process areas. Where pedestrian access is not required, the system can be supplied as a non-trafficable cover solution designed to perform reliably under regional wind loads and demanding site conditions. Offering a lighter alternative to the SureLine® HD range, SureLine® is particularly well suited to tanks and structures with shorter span requirements.

SureLine® odour management systems can be customised with inspection ports, maintenance hatches, and full-access openings, with optional safety grating to enhance operational safety. Depending on project requirements, covers can be manufactured as modular panels or full-span sections to simplify installation and maintenance. Additional access points, extraction duct connections, and other customised features can also be incorporated to suit individual facility needs.

Built using advanced sealed-panel technology, SureLine® covers help minimise odour emissions while supporting efficient air extraction and treatment systems. When integrated with odour scrubbers, captured gases can be safely extracted and treated, helping facilities improve environmental compliance, workplace comfort, and overall operational efficiency.
